Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any active offer will be shown at checkout.

During peak holiday periods (Thanksgiving through New Year), please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

International shipping

At this time, we ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, please contact us at support@elestoria.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
